ConnectoR, powered by the Firstup app, is a mobile-based platform available to all Rogers employees. It provides easy access to read Rogers News, interact with colleagues, and visit quick links to easily submit a safety observation, view your paycheck, and more.

Download the App

1. Download the Firstup app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2. Open the app and find your organization by entering organization code "Rogers" then follow the on-screen prompts to register your account.
3. Follow the User Guide to begin engaging with ConnectoR.

Available through the Microsoft Intune Company Portal to all employees. Those in China with Android devices need to access through this platform.

If you don’t have the Microsoft Intune Company Portal installed on your device, contact the Global Service Desk.

Once installed, the icon for Firstup will be available to download.

ConnectoR Raffle Information

Join the upgraded ConnectoR, your improved mobile, global community, and be entered into the raffle to win $500 USD or local equivalent.

Simply complete these three easy steps:

1. Download – Download the Firstup app to your mobile device.
2. Register – Register to ConnectoR using Organization Code ROGERS and signing in using your Single Sign-On (SSO) Rogers email address and password.
